SIOUX FALLS, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm are excited to announce the return of Drizzle for the 2019 season.
Drizzle does his part to make sure the Storm Shelter is the loudest, most exciting venue in theIndoor Football League's
(IFL). The IFL's smallest mascot brings the biggest entertainment to Storm Nation with a fast-paced introduction riding in on a four wheeler, has tremendous fan engagement and community outreach.
Drizzle has over 20 years experience as a performer including stints as Riff from Barney & Friends, Radio City Christmas Spectacular shows and Santa & Friends shows. Drizzle has been absent the past couple seasons as he's been advancing his acting career on the broadway scene.
"This might sound funny but Drizzle was one of our biggest off-season recruits," said Storm owner Todd Tryon. "We are totally revamping our in-game experience and it starts with one of the best mascots in the country. You will notice a large presence of Drizzle over the next couple years, not only during our home games but in our schools and the rest of our community."
