Professional (2021-present):
- Dalton signed with the Sioux Falls Storm during the 2022 season

Senior (2019):
- Dalton was named STATS FCS National Offensive Player of the Week and the ROOT Sports Big Sky Conference Offensive Player of the Week for a school record three-straight weeks
- He was named to the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) Midseason and Preseason Watch List
- Sneed threw for 2,019 yards
- He ranked No. 12 on UM's all-time passing yards list as well with 4,742 yards to date
- His career total of 37 passing touchdowns is the twelfth-best in UM history

Junior (2018):
- Dalton was named Big Sky Conference Newcomer of the Year

- Dalton led team in rushing and passing, to earn Montana Football’s Offensive MVP Award
- He averaged 308.9 yards of offense per game (#2 in the Big Sky conference, #9 in the nation)
- Dalton finished his first year at UM with 2,723 passing yards - the 18th-best season in UM history
Sophomore (2017):
- Dalton transferred to Fort Scott Community College in Kansas
- He threw for 1,257 yards and seven touchdowns, completing 136 passes in 231 attempts, over a 63 percent average
- Dalton rushed for 295 yards on 79 attempts with a long of 42 yards
- He earned All-KJCCC Honorable Mention
Freshman (2016):
- Dalton started six games for the Rebels as a redshirt-freshman
- He posted the second-most total offensive yards on the team that season, passing for 632 yards and rushing for 348 more for a total of 980 total yards in nine games, an average of 108.9 per game
- Dalton completed 39 passes on 88 attempts with two interceptions
- He passed for five touchdowns with QB efficiency of 118.85

- Dalton ranked as a three-star recruit by both 247Sports and ESPN
- He was listed as the No. 79 pro-style QB and No. 28 overall recruit from his state in the 247Sports composite rankings
- Dalton earned All-State Division I Honorable Mention as a senior and an All-State Division I First Team selection as a junior
