Professional (2019-present): Harold signed with the Sioux Falls Storm for the 2019 season.

Senior (University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI, 2017): Harold was named team captain for the second straight season. He played in all 11 games, making nine starts at running back where he led the team with 542 rushing yards and four touchdowns, ranked fourth on the team with 31 receptions and had 204 receiving yards and ranked third in the league with 121.4 all-purpose yards per game. Harold tallied 1,335 all-purpose yards on the season.
• Cooper finished his career with 2,168 career rushing yards, which ranks ninth in program history and he finished his career with 4,765 all-purpose yards, which ranks third in program history.
• He was a 2017 CollegeSportsMadness.com Preseason Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Football Second Team All-Conference Team honoree.

Junior (University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI, 2016): Harold was named a team captain during training camp. He appeared in all 11 games while making six starts where he led the team with 463 rushing yards and three touchdowns on the ground. Cooper also had a team-high 607 kick return yards, averaging 25.3 yards per return, including two returns for touchdowns. He caught nine passes for 67 yards.
• Harold earned CAA Football Second Team All-Conference honors as a kick returner.

Sophomore (University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI, 2015): Harold stated in 10 games where he led team in rushing yards (746), touchdowns (six), receptions (29) and all-purpose yards (1,582). He ranked 10th in the country with 157.9 all-purpose yards per game and led CAA Football with 23.7 kick return average.
• He was named CAA Football First Team All-Conference kick returner and CAA Football Third Team All-Conference running back.
• Cooper was named to the College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) All-Purpose Performer of the Year Watch List.

Freshman (University of Rhode Island, Kingston, RI, 2014): Harold played in 10 games with seven starts where he rushed for 417 yards on 90 attempts, averaged 4.6 yards per carry, caught 14 passes for 203 yards and one touchdown and averaged 14.3 yards per reception.

High School (Hillhouse): Harold played four years as a running back and defensive back. He rushed for 6,661 yards and 99 touchdowns, both of which are the fourth most in Connecticut high school history. On defense he totaled 140 tackles, 21 tackles for a loss, one interception, one fumble recovery, one blocked field goal and 27 pass break-ups. Also returned 25 kickoffs for an average of 25.65 yards per return and 24 punt returns for an average of 22.67 yards per return.
• Harold was a four-time All-Conference pick, a three-time All-State selection and a two-time Walter Camp honoree.
