Professional (2017-present):
Trey played the 2017 season with the Nebraska Danger of the Indoor Football League (IFL). Wafford signed with the Sioux Falls Storm during the 2018 season.
• Trey earned 2017 IFL Defensive Rookie of the Year honors.
• Wafford was named to the 2018 First Team All-IFL squad.
• He earned Week 17 Defensive Player of the Week in 2018.

Senior (Middle Tennessee, Murfreesboro, TN, 2015): Trey played and started all 13 games and ended the year ranked sixth on the team in tackles with 53. Wafford also had 7.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, three hurries and three pass breakups.

Junior (Middle Tennessee, Murfreesboro, TN, 2014): Trey played in all 12 games and earned nine starts where he finished sixth on the team with 53 tackles, including one tackles for loss, three hurries and two pass breakups. He led the team with three fumble recoveries and ranked 10th nationally.

Freshman-Sophomore (Mississippi Gulf Coast CC, Perkinston, MS, 2012-13):
Trey played at Mississippi Gulf Coast where he finished the season with 83 tackles, 3.5 sacks, 14 tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble, one interception and two pass breakups. Trey had 49 tackles, two interceptions (both returned for touchdowns), two pass breakups, and two fumble recoveries as a freshman.
• Wafford earned Mississippi Association of Community & Junior Colleges (MACJC) Defensive Player of the Week honors as a sophomore.

High School (Whitewater): Trey registered 15 touchdowns his senior year and totaled 95 tackles as a junior.
