Professional (2011-present): Rashaud initially competed in the Ultimate Indoor Football League (UIFL) with the Eastern Kentucky Drillers. He then played with the IFL's New Mexico Stars and the AFL's Orlando Predators. The Storm picked him up after being contacted by former quarterback, Chris Dixon, and general manager, Tyler Pederson.
• Rashaud was appointed to the First Team All-UIFL squad in 2012.
• He was Second Team All-IFL in 2014 and 2015.
• Mungro was named to the All-IFL First-Team Offense roster in 2017.

Senior (Eastern Kentucky University, 2008): He played in nine games, used primarily as a back-up offensive lineman and participated in obtaining back-to-back conference championships.

Junior (Eastern Kentucky University, 2007): He played in four games.

Redshirt Sophomore (Eastern Kentucky University, 2006): Mungro saw action in four games.

High School (Hickory): In addition to football, Rashaud participated in Track and Field.
• He was a two-time recipient of the All-Unifour Award at Defensive End.
• His senior year, Rashaud received All-State recognition.

Personal: Rashaud is the oldest son of Maxine, having two younger sisters, T'alia and Rhajia. He is the proud owner of a Black Lab Retriever, named Courage. Mungro graduated with a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice.
