Lawrence Martin IV for the 2023 Indoor Football League season.

Additionally, the Storm have activated defensive lineman
Isaiah Blackmon from short-term IR and placed offensive lineman
Josh Poe and defensive lineman
Ellis Parr on the team's short-term IR list.
Martin IV returns after spending the last four seasons in a Sioux Falls uniform. The University of South Florida product brings plenty of professional football experience to a young Sioux Falls lineup, including a United Bowl championship with the Storm during the 2019 season.
The Daytona County, FL native began his pro career in 2015, making stops with the Arena Football League's Tampa Bay Storm, the Canadian Football League's Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and the Indoor Football League's Nebraska Danger before finding a home in Sioux Falls prior to the 2018 season.
Defensive lineman
Isaiah Blackmon will also make his season debut on Sunday after starting the season on the short-term IR list.
Blackmon appeared in six games for the Storm during the 2022 season, recording 10 tackles (6 solo) during his first professional season.
