Storm Prepare for Battle of the Undefeated

Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm (4-0) hosts the Wichita Falls Nighthawks (4-0) on Saturday, March 25th at 7:05pm in a week six battle. Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union and KSFY-TV will present the game.

Saturday will be a special NIGHT OF HOPE & CARING where the Sioux Falls Storm is proudly teaming up with the Sioux Falls School District and our partners at Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union and KSFY-TV, for an event that is going to "Level the Playing Field" for every Sioux Falls Elementary Public School with fundraising needs.

The Storm defeated the Iowa Barnstormers, 70-13 on Monday, March 20th. In that game, Quarterback Lorenzo Brown completed 11 of 13 passes for 112 yards and three touchdowns along with two rushing touchdowns. Robbie Rouse carried the ball 15 times for 78 yards and three touchdowns. Mike Tatum caught four passes for 46 yards and two touchdowns, while Melvin German tallied six grabs for 61 yards and one touchdown. Matt Hermanson, Tyler Knight and Rashard Smith each had an interception. Hermanson led the Storm with 10 tackles.

For the Nighthawks, the team is looking to extend a four game win streak after defeating the Cedar Rapids Titans 42-23. Charles McCullum finished the game completing 22 of 30 passes for 186 yards with two touchdowns and one interception. Angelo Pease had two touchdowns and kicker Rockne Belmonte was four of five on field goals.
