Storm Continue to Add Talent To Secondary

Sioux Falls, SD - The Sioux Falls Storm are proud to announce the signings of defensive backs Brandon Person, Daniel Lindsey and Edward Brown to their 2017 roster.

Person (6'0, 230) in 2015, Person signed with the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL) after landing a tryout at their mini-camp. Brandon signed with the Sioux Falls Storm of the Indoor Football League (IFL) for the 2017 season.

Brandon played in 32 games at Tiffin University and collected 246 tackles, eight interceptions and six forced fumbles in three seasons. He led the team in tackles all three years. He was a three-time Honorable Mention All-Conference selection.

Lindsey (6'0, 200) signed as a rookie with the Sioux Falls Storm of the Indoor Football League (IFL) for the 2017 season. Daniel made seven starts at cornerback at Fort Hays State University. He ranked 14th on the team in tackles with 35 and tied for second on the team in interceptions with two.

Brown (6'1, 195) joins the Storm for his rookie season with the IFL. Edward played collegiately at Kansas State University and Bradenton Prep Academy where he caught 15 passes for 310 yards and four touchdowns, while rushing 18 times for 229 yards and three scores and recorded 59 tackles, including 10 sacks.

"Bringing in top caliber players like these guys will help us build on the momentum of the Storm's offseason to now," stated Storm General Manager Tyler Pederson. "We're excited to get started and I know these guys are to, this will be a very competitive group".
